2 C Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 C melted Butter
1 env Knox Gelatin
1/2 C Cold Water
24 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 1/2 C Sugar
5 oz can Evaporated Milk
2 T Amaretto Liquor
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cartons Whipped Cream

Directions:

Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup melted butter. Spread in 9x13 pan and chill. Mix knox gelatin & 1/2 cup cold water. Stir over low heat until dissolved. Set aside. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add milk and lemon juice. Beat until fluffy. Gradually add gelatin mixture, Amaretto, and vanilla. Beat well. Fold in whipped cream. Chill overnight. Garnish as desired.
