10 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 c. milk
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 c. heavy cream
cup butter, cut into slices
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes, milk, garlic and 3 c. water in large saucepan; partially cover, boil 45 minutes until tender. Drain. Return potatoes to saucepan. Add cream and butter. Mash until all is incorporated. Salt and pepper to taste.
