3 c. mashed potatoes 1 c. sour cream ¼ c. milk ¼ tsp. garlic powder 1-1/3 c. French’s or Durkee’s French Fried Onions 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Combine mashed potatoes, sour cream, milk and garlic powder. Spoon half the mixture into 2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle with 2/3 c. French Friend Onions and ½ c. cheese. Top with remaining potato mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Top with remaining onions and cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
