5-6 large baking potatoes
Shortening (optional)
1 c. shredded sharp process American Cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. margarine
2 T. sliced green onion
Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes, immediately cut crisscross in top of each with a knife; press ends, pushing up to fluff. For sauce combine cheese, sour cream, margarine and onion. Dollop on warm potatoes.
