Ingredients:  
2 bags California Blend frozen vegetables
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 small can evaporated milk
1 cup Velveeta cheese
Durkee onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables for 3-4 minutes. Drain and put in 9 x 13 pan. Mix soup, milk together and pour over veggies. Put cheese over all and bake 350 for 40 minutes. Put onion rings on last 5 minutes and bake.
