1# ground beef
1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
1 can (46 oz.) tomato juice
1 can (15-3/4) chili hot beans, undrained
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (12 oz.) tomato paste
2 c. corn chips crushed
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

In 5 quart Dutch oven, brown meat. Drain. Add all ingredients except chips and cheese. Bring just to boil and simmer uncovered 20-25 minutes. Top each serving with corn chips and cheese.
