8 cooking apples (Ida reds or Jonathans) peeled and cored and sliced

Mix and toss with the slice apples:
¾ c. white sugar
¼ tsp. cinnamon
2 T. flour

Mix until crumbly:
1 c. quick (not instant) oatmeal
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ # margarine
¼ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put ½ of crumb mixture in 9x13” cake pan. Top with apple mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until apples are soft.
