"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
30 c. popped popcorn (6-7-1/2 quarts) Divide popped popcorn and put into two big brown paper bags.
Bring the following to boil for 5 minutes: 2 c. br. sugar 1 c. margarine 1/2 c. light Karo 1 t. salt
After it's boiled add 1 tsp. soda and 1 tsp. butter flavoring. Pour over the pc in the two bags (I usually cut the bags down so there isn't so much bulk). Put one bag in microwave for 1 minute. Take out and stir, doing this four times. I usually alternate putting the bags in and I write on the outside of the bag 1-2-3-4 so I can remember how many times it's been in the microwave.
