4 – 6 oz Salmon Filets

½ c. Light Soy Sauce

1 tsp. Dried Dill

½ tsp. Freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add soy sauce, dill and pepper into a re-sealable plastic bag. Add Salmon. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.



Bake:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake salmon on middle rack for 5-7 minutes depending on thickness. Broil for 5 minutes to finish or until top is brown and desired doneness is achieved.



Grill:

Preheat grill to medium heat, grill in fish grilling basket (lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray) for about 3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is achieved.
