2 Sticks Unsalted Butter, softened

4 Cloves Garlic

¼ c. Parsley

½ tsp Cayenne Pepper

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:
In a food processor, chop garlic and parsley until minced. Add the butter, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper and mix until combined. Store in an airtight container. This will keep for 1-2 weeks.



Use in sauces and roux, on corn on the cob, pasta, garlic bread, almost anywhere you would use regular butter… the possibilities are endless!
