2 tbsp Honey

2 tbsp Brown Sugar

1 tbsp chili paste (optional)

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning

1 tbsp chopped parsley

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

¼ c light soy sauce

¼ c Balsamic Vinegar

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add almost any protein and marinade for at least 30 minutes, but up to overnight. My favorites are salmon, chicken, ahi tuna and steak.



Notes:

If you have any fresh herbs lying around, those can be added as well! Try Thyme, rosemary or sage.
