44 Keebler crackers
1 C. butter (not margarine)
1 C. brown sugar
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
1/2-1 C. finely chopped salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Line an 11x15 pan with foil. Spray lightly w/Pam.
Lay crackers-salt side up in pan.
In a saucepan, heat butter and brown sugar to a boil, stirring often. Pour over crackers and spread evenly. Bake at 400º for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips, spreading melted chocolate out to edges. Sprinkle on the peanuts. Pat down slightly.
Refrigerate to set. Cut into bars. Refrigerate again to harden.*
*If they get too hard to cut, just break them apart, then it's called "crackle bars"
