1 cup sugar
3/4 cup Land O Lakes Margarine, softened
1 cup Land O Lakes Sour Cream
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
GLAZE:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp Land O Lakes Margarine, very soft
1 to 2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Combine sugar and 3/4 cup margarine in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy (1 minute). Add sour cream, eggs and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
Add remaining cake ingredients; reduce speed to low. Beat, scraping bowl often, until smooth (1 to 2 minutes).
Spoon batter into greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir together powdered sugar. 1 tablespoon margarine and vanilla in small bowl. Beat with wire whisk, adding enough milk for desired glazing consistency. Spread on warm cake.
