4 C. powdered sugar
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
30 oz. pumpkin
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Beat in pumpkin, cinnamon and ginger. Blend well. Refrigerate until cold.

Serve with ginger snaps. This is a great Fall dip and it freezes well too!
