Ingredients:  
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 quart water
1 bag frozen vegetables
1 bag frozen cauliflower
1 pound Velveeta cheese
2 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, celery, onion, and bouillon cubes to a boil. Simmer approximate 20 minutes until celery is tender. Add frozen vegetables and cauliflower. Bring to a boil and simmer approximately half an hour. Mash vegetables. Add Velveeta cheese and cream of chicken soup. Simmer until cheese is melted and mixed through.
