1 round pot roast
14 oz. ketchup
12 oz. beer
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 medium onions. sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in pan. Mix ketchup, beer and brown sugar, pour over meat. Place sliced onions over meat. Cover and bake at 325 for 3 hours or until tender.
