2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 ˝ teaspoons cinnamon
4 eggs
1 ˝ cups oil
2 (4 – ounce) jars of baby food (strained carrots)

Frosting:
1 (8-ounce) pkg. cream cheese
˝ cup (1 stick) margarine
1 (16-ounce) box confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

For the bars: Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, eggs, oil and carrots well. Pour into greased jellyroll pan. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
For the frosting: Combine cream cheese, margarine, confectioners’ sugar and vanilla. Mix well until smooth. Frost bars while still warm.
