4 cups chicken broth
4 cups shredded potatoes
¼ cup onion (minced)
¼ cup carrots (shredded)
1 bay leaf
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil and simmer 10 – 15 minutes
Cut in to chunks 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
Add cream cheese, stirring frequently until cheese melts
Top with green onion tops and bacon bits
