1 large bag of C&W Brand Baby White frozen corn
1 brick of cream cheese
½ stick of butter
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
Directions:
Directions:
I make this in the microwave. Cook the frozen corn, then add the cream cheese and butter and cook a little longer. Then stir in the shredded cheese.
