1 large onion chopped
6 medium potatoes chopped
1 can of Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
1 can of Campbell’s cream of celery soup
½ large box of Velveeta cheese
1 table spoon garlic salt
1 table spoon black pepper
1 package of cooked bacon
Directions:
Directions:
In a large soup pot, boil potatoes and onions with enough water to cover and boil until soft. Add both cans of soup. You do not need to add any more water, the potato water is enough. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Add the Velveeta and stir until it is all melted. Then add the cooked bacon and serve.
