1 lb. lasagna noodles - no cook ones
1 jar marinara sauce
1-2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage
1 lb. mozzarella cheese - grated
1 lb. ricotta cheese - more if you like it extra cheesy
2 eggs
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Take sausage out of casing and brown well. Drain. Mix together with marinara sauce.

Mix together ricotta cheese, 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese and eggs.

Spray bottom of 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.

Put in a thin layer of marinara sauce.
Place one layer of lasagna noodles, layer ricotta cheese mixture and sauce and repeat with another layer of noodles, cheese and sauce. Repeat until ingredients are finished. (It should be 3 layers.) Top with remaining sauce and extra mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until heated through.

Be sure that the noodle are covered with sauce, this keeps them from burning or getting crunchy.
