1 pt .Squash
1 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Sugar
1 lg. or 2 sm. Eggs
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel Squash and slice.
Cook on stove top until tender.
Drain squash well and mash.
Mix together squash, flour, baking powder & sugar.
Add milk to medium consistency. Mix
Add egg . Mix well.

heat 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in pan. Make sure oil is hot!

Drop by tablespoons into hot oil.

Brown on each side.
Drain on paper towels.
