2 c. pork steak (cut in 1 inch size)
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 can bean sprouts

Sauce:
2 T. corn starch
2 tsp. vinegar
3 T. molasses
6 to 8 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork in 1 tablespoon oil, then add 2 cups water, let simmer till tender (about 15 minutes). Add onions, let simmer 5 minutes. Add celery, let simmer 5 minutes so celery will be crisp. Add drained can of been sprouts, now add sauce.

Serve over dry noodles.
