VINAIGRETTE BASIC
3 T. seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 T. fresh lemon juice
tsp. Dijon mustard
tsp. salt
tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
c. extra virgin olive oil


VINAIGRETTE BERTOLLI
1/2 c. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
3 T. red wine vinegar
Combine in blender. Makes 3/4 cup.
