2/3 c. raspberry vinegar
2 T. seedless raspberry jam
2 T. sugar
tsp. salt
tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1 c. oil

RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE (Jorie's wedding reception recipe)
c. vegetable oil
c. raspberry wine vinegar (or any kind you want)
c. white sugar
2 tsps. Dijon mustard
tsp. dried oregano
tsp. ground black pepper

In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all and shake well.
