2/3 c. raspberry vinegar 2 T. seedless raspberry jam 2 T. sugar ½ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. coarsely ground black pepper 1 c. oil
RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE (Jorie's wedding reception recipe) ½ c. vegetable oil ½ c. raspberry wine vinegar (or any kind you want) ½ c. white sugar 2 tsps. Dijon mustard ¼ tsp. dried oregano ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
