1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese softened ½ c. sour cream 1/3 c. sugar 3 T. milk ¼ tsp. almond extract
Mix cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add sour cream, mixing until blended. Mix in sugar, milk and extract. Refrigerate. Serve with assorted fresh fruit. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired. Makes 1-2/3 cups.
