1 1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. shortening
1 egg, beaten
1 C. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 C. clour
1 1/2 C. finely diced rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Put in 9X13 pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 35 min.
