1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 T. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1 c. cold water
Several drops of red coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
(PS - there are no eggs in this recipe!)
Blend first four ingredients well. Add oil, vanilla, vinegar and cold water, plus food coloring. Mix well until smooth (mixture will be thin). Bake in ungreased 9 x 9" pan at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
Anna Mary's note: "I just use an ordinary butter icing to which I add cocoa and 1/2 tsp instant coffee. I have no recipe for this - I just make it!"
