Pumpkin Bars Recipe

4 eggs
2 C. sugar
1 C. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1-15 oz. can pumpkin
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. ginger

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. milk
3 T. butter
3-4 C. powdered sugar

Mix eggs, oil, and pumpkin. In separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Sift and pour into pumpkin mixture. Pour into greased pan (12X18). Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.

For frosting: Mix ingredients together and spread evenly over cooled bars.
