Shoyu Cream Sauce (for the Macadamia Nut Chicken) Recipe

2 cups heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp water
In a saucepan, place the heavy cream and soy sauce and bring to a boil; turn down to a simmer. In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with the water and stir into a paste. Add the cornstarch paste into the cream and soy sauce and stir until the mixture thickens.
