Tomatoes, peeled
1 tsp. canning salt per jar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel tomatoes,and place in sterilized quart jars. Put 1 tsp. canning salt in each jar. Seal with hot lids. Place in cold oven. Turn temperature to 250º for 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave jars overnight in oven. Be sure the jars do not touch each other. Jars should be sealed by morning!
