5-6 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 c fresh basil, chopped
¼ c Olive Oil
2-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

1 baguette, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.

While bruschetta is chilling, turn on oven to broil. Place baguette slices on cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive and top with salt and pepper. Broil 3-5 minutes until toasted and golden brown. Top toasted baguette slices with bruschetta mixture and serve immediately.
