Filling:
1-1/3 C sugar
1/3 C flour
1/2 stick margarine
3 T cocoa
1/4 t salt
3 egg yolks
2 C milk

Meringue:
3 egg whites
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 t cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine filling ingredients in saucepan. Whisk over medium heat until thick.

Pour into pre-baked pie crust.

Whip egg whites, sugar and creamof tartar until stiff peaks form. Spread over top of filling.

Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
