1 1/2 C Butter
1 1/2 C White Sugar
3/4 C Brown Sugar, packed
4 Eggs
2 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Lemon Juice
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
3 C Flour
3 C Chocolate Chips
3/4 C Rolled Oats
1 1/2 C chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla and lemon juice; beat well. Stir in dry ingredients. Drop by 1/4 cup onto parchment-lined cookie sheets (about six cookies on a sheet). Push dough down just a little to flatten. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Let cookies cool for about five minutes before removing from paper. Cool completely on wire racks.
