1 c. sourdough starter
2 1/2 c. warm water
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. yeast
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. salt
8 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except flour. Gradually add flour and knead until dough is smooth. Brush top of dough with melted butter. Place in warm place and let rise. Knead again and shape into loaves and let rise again. Bake at 375º-400º for approximately 35 minutes or until golden brown. Brush top of loaves with melted butter again.
