2 c.reduce fat Bisquick
3/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. non-fat shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. galic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick, milk and cheese. Use a tablespoon or small ice cream scoop to drop batter about 2 inches apart onto a ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned. While baking, melt butter in a small container in microwave or atop the stove. Stir in garlic salt mixture. When bisquits are done, remove from oven and pour butter over them to drench. Serve immediately.
