5 Roma tomatoes, finely diced
2-3 jalapeno peppers, finely diced
1 small onion, finely diced
a bunch of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
juice from 1/2 lime
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place first 4 ingredients in a bowl and mix. Squeeze 1/2 lime over the top and sprinkle lightly with salt. Mix and serve. This doesn't keep long so eat it up within a day!

For quick and easy guacamole, mash up a few avacados (leave chunky) and sprinkle with salt. Then stir in some pico and squeeze a fresh lime over top.
