4 (3 oz.) cream cheese, whipped
2 eggs, beaten
¾ c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients; beat unitl light. Pour into graham cracker crust made of 12 to 14 graham crackers, finely crumbled and combined with ¼ cup melted butter. Bake in 9 inch pie pan in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove and cool for 5 minutes.

Topping: Blend 1 cup sour cream, 3 ½ T sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla; pour over pie. Bake for 10 minutes more. Refrigerate for 5 hours.
