1 C Reduced Fat or Light Sour Cream
1/2 C finely chopped Yellow Peppers
1/4 C Light Ranch Dressing
10 oz frozen chopped Spinach
1/2 C finely grated Carrots
Snack Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and drain well the spinach. Mix sour cream and dressing until well blended. Stir in spinach, carrots and peppers. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve as a dip with crackers.
