8 cups riced potatoes
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
6 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes with cream, butter, sugar and salt. Divide mixture and add half of flour to each half and stir. Cool dough. Roll into round sheets cook on a lefsa grill.
