1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp cream
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, butter and sugar. Add egg, extract, salt and flour. Add flour a little at a time so its easy to mix.

Press mixture into tins and bake at 350º until lightly browned.
