1 cup sugar
1 cup shortening (half butter)
2 eggs
2 1/2 - 3 cups flour
1 tsp almond flavoring
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and shortening and add sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour and press into tins.

Bake at 350º until light brown.
