1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen buttermilk waffles
1 pkg. (6 oz.) white chocolate for baking (coarsely chopped)
1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen unsweetened raspberries
1/3 c. sugar
1 T. flour
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
3 eggs
½ tsp. vanilla
2 T. powdered sugar
Thawed cool whip or ice cream

Cut waffles into 1” pieces. Place ½ waffles in 8x8” pan. Sprinkle with half of the chopped white chocolate and half of the raspberries. Repeat.

Combine sugar and flour. Whisk in sour cream, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour evenly over top of waffles.

Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set in center. Let stand 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with cool whip or ice cream. Yield 10 servings.

This was a Pampered Chef recipe I tried at one of Erin's PC parties and I really liked it! It was also the first time I ever purchased store-bought waffles.
