Crush 2 c. pretzel sticks (not too fine). Mix with 3/4 c. oleo and 3 T. sugar.
Spread in 9 x 13 pan and bake 400 for 9 minutes

Cream 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 c. sugar. Fold in 1/2 pint whipped cream (or cool whip). Spread on crust.

Mix 1 lrg. pkg. strawberry/raspberry jello in 2 c. hot water.

Stir in 2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen sliced berries (raspberries or strawberries). Stir til thawed and thickened. Pour mixture onto 2nd layer.
