2 tsp. instant coffee granules
1 T. hot water
1 c. cream-filled chocolate cookie crumbs
¾ c. chopped pecans, divided
¼ c. melted margarine or butter
2 8 oz. pkgs. softened cream cheese
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
½ c. chocolate flavored syrup
1 8 oz. carton cool whip, thawed

Directions:
Dissolve coffee granules in small bowl in hot water. Set aside. In another bowl, combine cookie crumbs, ½ c. pecans and butter. Pat into bottom of 9x13 pan. In mixing bowl beat cream cheese until light & fluffy. Blend in coffee mixture, milk & chocolate syrup. Fold in cool whip & spread over crust. Sprinkle with remaining pecans on top. Freeze.
