First Layer:
1/4 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. flour
1 c. melted margarine
3/4 c. nuts
Mix and pat into 9x13 dish and bake 10 minutes at 375. Cool.

Second Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. xx sugar
1 c. cool whip
Mix together and smooth over first layer.

Third Layer:
2 small pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
Mix together and smooth over second layer.

Fourth Layer: Remainder of whipped topping
Chocolate sprinkles
