1 recipe graham cracker crust.
Cover bottom of 9 x 13 pan, reserve few crumbs for on top.
Arrange 2-3 sliced bananas over crust.
Put 1/2" layer of Neapolitan ice cream (1/2 gallon) over this.
Sprinkle with chopped nut.
Freeze until firm.

1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. oleo
Add 2 c. xx sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
Bring to boil and cook until slightly thickened and smooth. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and cool. Spread over ice cream and freeze. Put cool whip on top. Sprinkle on remaining crumbs. Can add maraschino cherries too. Freeze.
