3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 t. soda
2/3 c. butter melted and divided
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1-1/3 c. flour
1 t. vanilla extract
1/4 t. salt
1 c. Hershey's chocolate chips

Grease 9x13". Combine cocoa and soda. Blend in 1/3 c. melted butter. Add boiling water; stir until mixture thickens. Stir in sugar, eggs and remaining 1/3 c. melted butter; stir til smooth. Add flour, vanilla and salt. Stir in chips. Bake 350 35-40 minutes.

Frosting: 6 T. butter, 1/2 c. cocoa, 2-2/3 c. xxx sugar, 1/3 c. milk, 1 t. vanilla.
