1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
2 c. flour
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 T. water
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350. Grease jelly roll pan 15-1/2 x 10-1/2 x 1. Mix butter, sugar, egg yolk. Blend flour and cinnamon; stir into butter mixture. Pat into pan. Beat water and egg white until frothy. Brush over dough. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 20-25 minutes until very slightly browned. Cut immediately into finger-like strips. Nice for a party, shower, etc.
