12 oz. chocolate chips
6 tsp. butter
2 c. xxx sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
1-10-1/2 oz. bag colored mini marshmallows
1 c. chopped pecans
7 oz. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chips and butter. Mix in xxx sugar and eggs. Add marshmallows and pecans. Spread coconut on waxed paper. Spoon chocolate mixture on waxed paper, forming an 8" log. Pat coconut on all sides. Makes 5-6 logs. Place in refrigerator 1-2 hours. Cut into 1/4 to 1/2" slices and serve.
